  I waited for a month to get an appointment which I had to jump hoops through to get then I waited for another month for what I needed to get done and they ended up canceling my appointment because they didn’t receive my order at the Pharmacy (or something like that they were being very vague). I called and they told me they don’t know when it’ll come in. I asked if I could go somewhere else and they said no because my insurance wouldn’t pay again for the same thing I needed from the pharmacy so now I’m stuck waiting god knows how long. The staff is nice but the system or now it’s run is a mess. Very displeased.
